The Cain’s Ballroom Box Office will be open Monday thru Friday from 10am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm.
Tickets purchased at the box office will have a non-refundable $2 service fee per ticket.
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
On the night of events, the box office will open approximately 1 hour before doors.
Please also note that the box office will no longer be taking phone orders.
