The Cain's Ballroom box office is open Monday thru Friday from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm and is located within the 3 front doors of Cain's Ballroom.

The box office will re-open when the doors open to each event.

Tickets to most concerts held at Cain's Ballroom can be purchased online thru the homepage.

Reasor's Grocery Stores, Starship Records and Tapes and Tan & Tone America's in the Oklahoma City area currently sell tickets to most concerts held at Cain's Ballroom.

No name changes are allowed after ticket(s) have been purchased online or by phone.

There is a $1 service fee added on top of each ticket purchased using a credit card.

When picking up will call tickets from the Cain's Box Office the credit card and I.D. of the cardholder must be present.
